In our technology-driven lifestyle, the expectation of being 'always-on' can lead to chronic stress as we eat, live, and even sleep with a restless mind. With three quarters of adults in the U.S. reporting moderate to high levels of stress, regular conscious breathing is a quick and easy way to de-stress.

In this brief exercise, Dr. Lilian Cheung demonstrates how mindful breathing can leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

Thank you very much. Usually I practice meditation on this video soon after I get out of bed in the morning. It helps me to calm and concentrate my mind all day long

Its very refreshing to see your guided meditation. I teach meditation and sometimes it seem as though walking the path of meditation is such lonely road. Almost if the world is going one direction and I am going in complete opposity direction. thank you

Very interesting meditation video. It is wonderful that the world is opening the mind. Also have to make sure we practice correctly. Errors can have ill effects on the mind. Mistakes of Pa Auk meditation highlight many errors that occur with breath meditation

This is an exemplary discourse. A similar book I read was a catalyst for personal growth. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
