Dr Greger and Team, I often post links to your videos as answers to misinformation on YouTube, so that people can see the contrast with the norm, which is someone sitting giving their opinions. I've been able to find anything on, for example zinc deficiency, so it would be great to have a video or videos which address the concerns of those who are being misinformed.

There are SO many brands of supplements.. How do we really know what are in the supplements, since they are not regulated? Even things that are regulated by the FDA are not really regulated. It would be really helpful to have a site that let people know what foods and supplements are banned in other countries, since their governmental agencies seem to be more avid at protecting their people than America does.

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products.
Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy
Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products.
Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues.
Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

Would love a study on laughter and health. Imagine the study would include watching Chris Farley Will Ferrell Norm MacDonald Bill Burr and Shane gillis. Perhaps some David Chappelle or old school Simpsons episodes.

Is there any evidence that fortified calcium is associated with heart attack risk in the same way that calcium supplements are? If I drink fortified soymilk, is that also a risk for heart attack?

I wonder about probiotics. A number of studies suggest probiotics might help prevent dementia. And probiotics of course can be vegan sourced too.

Can u please speak about lion’s mane powder and nicotinamide riboside risks and benefits?

My mom was diagnosed with dementia six years ago, and I see a significant improvement of her memory after taking those two supplements recently. She started to remember what she did a few days ago. Also, she has been on a ketogenic diet, and taking BHB salt for a few years and it seems to help too. The doctor also said the progression of her dementia has been very slow, and she can learn things after numerous repetitions. ☺️

Thsnk you so much for this information very helpful.
What about L-Lysine? It's been used to increase memory, and on tissues healing, plus other stuff. The cochran (sp) study is flawed. But there's other studies that show taken alone on a empty stomach a 8th to a a quarter teaspoon L-Lysine helps the brain plus the body's ability to exercised plus more. I hope you'll do a video on pure L-Lysine power by itself as supplement and share research you find on that.

I like Dr Greger but I wish he would sign off his videos with a conclusion instead of just ....

So it seems Alzheimer's has nothing to do with vitamin deficiency or over-vitamin-ing, that's all right?

Centrum doesn't digest, no wonder it didn't work.
Look up the Centrum portapotty story.
