Recently noticed that I needed to start working on my back because of the bad position of my shoulders rotated forward (I'm a software engineer),
I spend long time at the desk and by increasing the strength in my chest makes it even worse,
As I'm working all day and don't have much time during the week, this is just perfect.
It's amazing how you always have the right video, thanks Chris.

Chris, each complex has a heading "every morning", but each morning you can do only one complex for a particular muscle group... how to combine a complex of exercises for the abdominal muscles, for the back muscles, for the arm muscles... and there are also legs... I just started (after removed a large part of my shoulder blade on one side because of sarcoma) and I do 10 abdominal exercises three days (in week) in the morning to remove my belly (which has noticeably grown over the past few years that I could not do anything). And one moning - running.then again three days of abdominal exercises, then a day of running
