My phone still isn't working :( it was working fine just a few minutes ago but then froze and wouldn't respond, wouldn't even turn off. I initially took out the battery and put it back hoping that would work (usually it does), but now it won't charge, turn on, and I even tried this video but it didn't work :(

Update: got a new phone, unfortunately couldn't back up my stuff to my new phone cuz my old one literally got thanos-snapped so I couldn't access it, but it is what it is ig

You have no idea how much you saved me with this video. I am out in the middle of no where with my phone about to take some cool photos at this beach during sunset and poof my phone stops working. I hurry back to the place i am staying at because my flight leaves tomorrow morning and my ticket and every contact I have with anyone is on that phone. I borrow a computer check this video out and now my phone works.

Awesome assistance for DIY fix....can't thank you enough!!! My fix was done w car charger so happy it worked as my phone was on 0% and displayed instructional pic telling me to plug my charger into wall!!! And I had tried every cord and square block I had for A01 prepaid galaxy android... Bought new A03 but needed my Samsung notes w passwords I had stored on A01!! So grateful yaaay!!

yeah for me this just brings me into the boot menu and when i select a boot method, it just goes back to a black screen
