►EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells
I recommend 8-20 lbs depending on your fitness level. I'm using 10 lbs and 12 lbs in this workout video.

►INSTRUCTIONS: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, then take 15 seconds rest before moving on to the next exercise.

1. Front Squat + Overhead Shoulder Press
2. Alternating Reverse Lunge + Bicep Curl
3. Sumo Squat + Upright Row
4. Curtsy Lunge + L-Fly
5. Plank + Row
6. Glute Bridge + Tricep Extensions
7. Glute Bridge Hold + Chest Press

*Repeat entire workout x 3 sets.

Is it okay to do planks and glute bridges when pregnant? Wouldn’t it cause Diastasis recti?

Exercise number 7 says chest fly but I thought that is a chest press? Also, is the full workout available for this workout yet? I’m looking forward to it?

this is kinda random lol but if i want to do hiit on a treadmill for 20=25 minutes, what should i do after it? because i think i want to split up my hiit and strength days such as abs, arms and legss (3 days hiit and 2 days strength) or should i just do hiit and be done with the gym after that lol anyone's response is great thanks!! :)
