Why You Should Buy A CRT-TV In 2022

With the depletion of old tvs, I digest the question if it is really even worth buying one in 2018.

I regret letting my mom throw out the little CRT tv she bought for my brother and I to put in our room in about 2003. It was like 11 inch screen so one person could easily move it and I played hours and hours of PS1 and PS2 on that thing for several years

I'm lucky that I still have my 13" Sharp TV from when I was a child....it's small enough not to be a heavy eyesore, and the feeling of playing my old SNES, Sega Genesis, even PS1 or 2 games on it is second to none. Even if many games I also own on 'retro' collections for PS4 or a various 'mini' console released years later. Thanks for the video!

I have a Toshiba 1440TB CRT which I still use today for retro gaming and it works like a charm.

Was driving home from scouts one day and found a small one in the trash. Got it home and discovered it only had a coax input. Bought all the adaptors and stuff for it. Plugged it in. Fired right up. I found a sticker that had the production date on it. January of 2000. The thing is 23 years old and works perfectly. I really do wonder why people just throw them away…

I love retro gaming and all things 90s and early 2000s
It has some sound Issues, the scart socket Isn't great so I play games using RF, looks great with my N64 and I keep It as my nostalgia corner tv

recently I revived 4 crt, whenever I have the change to pick up one I do restore it, clean it and fix the best I can geometry and convergence.. when I hook the component cables looks great and people cant believe how good it looks for an old technology

Damn I miss these tvs I remember having a silver coloured crt can’t remember the manufacturer tho but I loved that thing played so many ps2 games on it and watched so many movies on it.
