Past hurt, pain, and sorrow make it difficult for this part of ourselves to shine through. Self-judgement, rumination, and isolation lead us to be less compassionate with ourselves and our experiences. Through intentional practice, we can cultivate and nurture an environment where self-compassion and compassion for others can flourish. As self-compassion and compassion for others grows, it is propagated and spread across the earth. Together we can explore, cultivate, nurture, and propagate compassion.
