PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and without going into too many details - one of side effect of PCOS is weight gain, especially around the belly area.

This workout has been requested many, many times and that's why I decided to finally put it out on the channel.

If you want to have good weight loss results with this routine you must exercise EVERYDAY, in order to burn the unnecessary fat.

This is very effective. I don’t have PCOS as such but my period was suddenly irregular. Went upto 45 days. Did this everyday and got my periods the 4th day.

I did this exercise for 14 days. And my period came. This is effective. Also i took extra care of my diet. And drank loads of water. Will continue this after my periods. 🌸

Whoever is going through PCOD/ PCOS problem, I hope this comment finds them. I have been dealing with PCOD for almost 2 years now. I have tried everything and currently I’m following a gluten-free and dairy-free vegan diet. It is definitely helping me a lot. But for PCOD women getting the periods on time is like a dream and I’m no different. My period got delayed again this month so I thought of trying this workout and my god this is a miracle. I did this workout yesterday and today morning I got my period. I believed in this workout and it worked for me. Please try it! I will continue this workout everyday. Just believe in yourself and you can cure yourself. Your body is beautiful and so are you. Love your beautiful body and it will love you back. XoXo!!

I did this exercise for 3 months and lost 10 kgs.thanks to the exercise from last 2 years I have my periods on time... don't loose hope..have faith and exercise regularly ❤️

Thank you so much @Roberta'sGym . This workout is so effective. I believed myself and this channel and finally result is really excellent. I didn't have my periods for 2 months. I got to know i have PCOS symptoms after ultrasound, but I didn't want to take medicines for rest of my life. So I am following this workout for nearly 2 months and my periodic cycle is going well.

This really works! I was diagnosed with PCOS and tried it only for a week. I was 2months delayed and after trying this for a week my period came.. now im back in this video to finally continue working out to lose weight. Please motivate me ❤️

Firstly I would like to thank Roberta gym, was suffering from pcos for past two months took tablets nthng changed... Randomly saw this video only one day I did...next day my periods cme... thank u soo 😘

For those who are suffering from pcos:

Guys not only excercise change ur lifestyle strictly avoid sugars chocolate... But we can't avoid tat I know how hard it is... Take little bit not much.. Daily intake nuts... Please avoid outside foods tats the main reason... Automatically yur body will adapt to this thn excercise little bit daily... tats enough surely yur problem will solve soon.... Will pray for u alll ppl❤️

I did this workout for a month and I got my periods.. My last two periods having gap of 5 months but by doing this I gets my period not on date but in 42 days. I really appreciate you Roberta... I recommend this workout to everyone who is having PCOS problem... Once again thank you so much...

This exercise helps in getting delayed periods.. while doing this exercise if you maintain diet then you lose weight in very easy manner...great work Thankyou!

I have pcos..i was not getting my periods regularly..i was taking ayurvedic medicine..because of that medicine i was getting periods..but i don't wanted to take for life..so i gave try to this exercise..i am doing from 3 months..without taking medicine..i am getting periods every month..thank you Robert's gym💕
