Just watched the talk on protein by Dr. Zach Bush on this channel. Find the information a bit confusing. Putrefaction in the colon, urea toxicity and the right ratio of carbs to protein in food aren’t talked about in this video. Can someone please explain or is the science not as clear as I’m hoping for?

I can only take 1 to 2 grams of creatine per day otherwise it causes me respiratory issues and triggers my asthma (which is otherwise totally under control, I haven't taken my inhalators in years)
I never read or hear anything about this side effect and yet is is very consistent and noticeable for me.
