The deep squat is the absolute best thing you could do for yourself and your mobility, do it three or four times a day a minute or two each time, years and years of knee pain disappeared for me in about a month, I’ll never stop doing this

At 65 and getting 100 weightless squats in one set, im happy with my progress. But it took months to get there. Now im also doing just a plain deep squat and trying to hold it as long as I can. It will take time to when as kids we seem to do these with ease but during your life you lose the mobility because you aren't doing these things. This channel is the only channel that I have come across over the years that actually help people. But people have to understand that it takes time and patience to achieve these things.

Thank you Strength Side! Using your tips I managed to get better squat mobility and I've went from barely doing bodyweight squats at 90 degrees, to doing ATG squats with more than my bodyweight on the bar.

The pancake stretch and the recline hip stretch really helps me with my squat mobility. 💪 👍

I've never had a problem with Deep Squat, but like the author mentioned, you need to spend more time in that position.

I learnt about this not that long ago damn it helps! To the point that when i went and saw fat boy slim and for some reason he got the crowd to squat low i was relieved because my back hurt and could feel it crack and release almost straight away 😂
