What if you could double your testosterone levels?

This is a great video to watch if you are someone who needs a little boost in your testosterone levels.

In this video NEUROSCIENTIST Andrew Huberman Reveals: "The Truth About How Weight Training Can Double Your Testosterone Levels."

Testosterone, also known as male sex hormone is responsible for growth, development, sexual function, sperm production, hair growth, mood and cognitive function.

The human body produces testosterone through the testicles, but during the teenage years it is produced in the adrenal glands.

A person’s total testosterone levels are affected by aging, genetics, lifestyle choices, diet, and environmental factors such as stress, lack of sleep, and high BMI.

For men, having higher testosterone levels than their peers can result in better physical appearance, increased sex drive, improved mood, improved focus and concentration, stronger immune system, increased muscle mass, and lower risk of cardiovascular disease.

It is one of the most important hormones for both men and women. For men, testosterone is responsible for building muscle mass and strength, increasing bone density, improving libido, and promoting healthy hair growth.

Testosterone is also a strong motivator and helps keep them motivated to exercise.

For women, testosterone is responsible for creating estrogen, and for regulating body temperature and sweating.

For men's Not only does it increase muscle mass and strength, but it also has a positive impact on many other areas of your life. It’s what gives them energy, strength, and endurance.

Testosterone is a hormone secreted by the testes and adrenal glands.

It's also produced by the body when you exercise.

Men tend to produce less testosterone as they age, and this can have a negative effect on their quality of life.

A deficiency of this hormone may cause them to experience symptoms such as fatigue, lack of energy, low sex drive, and depression.

But how can you get higher testosterone levels? Watch This Video

Andrew, just a heads up, you are speaking too loud into the microphone and it distorts the sound quite significantly. It is probably more noticeable with head or earphones. The mic should be a bit further away imho, or you could adjust your levels (this can also be done in post).

Please not that the YT algorithms will take a videos audio quality into account as well.

Cheers!

Cool video, maybe someone could create a smartphone app that could monitor testosterone in real time. I say this because lately I am getting annoyed by fellow gym members that sit on machines/equipment starring into their phones getting in the way.

63 years old about 6 months ago I decided to get back in shape & started a 5 day/week weight training program & removed alcohol & junk foods from my diet. I’ve lost almost 20LBS & about a month ago I started waking up with morning boners again and during the day I find myself having sexual thoughts & feeling like I can conquer the world.
In my case I don’t know if maybe being away from my Borderline Personality Disordered/Bipolar wife while I am at the gym simply has me feeling good again or if working out with sexy young women is stirring up my testosterone levels or maybe all of the above. Seems what’s going on in our brain has more to do with our body than anything.
Example of Mind/Matter: Just before the “Pandemic” I was walking through the local mall when a very attractive young woman selling skin cream approached me & after a pleasant exchange of words she gently held my arm & rubbed some lotion onto my skin with her delicate & feminine fingers, I swear her touch triggered a rush of testosterone through my body as I bought what she was selling & went home to ravish my nut job wife.

This is all such stupidity. Whether testosterone increases or not is not what matters - does it have a clinically apparent physiological benefit? Unlikely and does not change what we already know that exercise is good for you overall (physically, psychologically, and biochemically at the molecular level) - particularly lifting weights.

If one wants to increase testosterone for maximizing athletic performance, one would probably require supra-physiological doses.
