So, we had a couple people quite at the cafe I work at. Now there are only three of us. I just got a $4 pay raise yesterday, because they really wanna keep me.

it's a market correction. salaries have gotten too low, so the market is correcting itself.

The only ones quitting are those who can afford to quit.

The problem is there's no legitimate job search website that actually lists actual job openings and what I'm trying to say is and you can look this up

In mesquite Texas there's a restaurant called B j's restaurant and brew house and it according to indeed andAt least 9 other job search websites they have openings from dishwasher to bartender to line cook to bar back to host I put it in an application for dishwasher they said walkin's welcome so I walked in to the restaurant and oh we're only hiring experience line cook at 16 bucks an hour they want somebody with at least 3 years experience to work for 16 bucks an hour and one of the most demanding jobs in the entire country I know cause I've done that job on a Friday and Saturday night and I'd much rather be doing maintenance than that

According to indeed in others there's a jobs open in mesquite Texas in actuality there's less than 500 they're doing this to try and get people to submit applications or resumes so they can stack them in case they've got a fire somebody or somebody quits they're not actually hiring they're doing data collecting
