By 'hard coded values, ' do you mean the "As an AI language model" responses as well as the fine tuning part (RLHF in ChatGPTs case) or only one of the two?

What are your view on a master's degree in computer science or data science for foreign sutdents?? It's the only way to climb the data ladder quickly and get a high paying job straight outta college, most freshers who just completed the bachelors degree are not going to get a good entry level data job ( be it an analyst or an engineer).

I'm interested in a MLE career that specializes in reinforcement learning. This would fall into a similar category as CV and NLP, where the data used is not structured. How does the path to becoming one of these deep learning engineers differ from becoming an machine learning engineer that works with structured data, because SQL would not be a huge part of the role? Also, I've noticed that most reinforcement learning positions on job boards tend to be research-oriented but I'm wondering if there are viable career opportunities as an actual engineer that does reinforcement learning.
