As a 90s kid that is currently an English Teacher and spends a lot of time talking to undergraduates at university, this is exactly how 2000s kids sound. they complain about getting only 6 hours sleep while I average 12 a week and still have to balance a 9-5 and my MA studies from 5-8 and homework/teaching preparations until 3 in the morning.
The lingo they use, the softness, the wokeness, and the disconnect from the hard reality of adult life are common characteristics in 2000s kids. Not to say they all fit every stereotype but it's close enough.

As child of 2 baby boomers whos also a Gen X who gave birth as a late teen to the the first year Gen Z an have nephew's an nieces in the Millinial & Gen Z tribe I can confirm this is 100% accurate ..
