Today we’re doing a power and wind check, boosting our mental toughness and going for a high-rep, high-intensity challenge.

5 sets of 10:
2 pump dips
2 pump squats w/vertical jump

100 squats & 100 dips total.

You can start with 1 dip & 1 squat, do fewer sets to start, or you can do more.

Whether you slow it down or amp it up, start with what you can do and challenge yourself to do more. It’s all about cultivating a growth mindset and getting stronger.
