I really think I have ADHD (unfortunately I don’t have money to see a doctor), a simple example of my procrastination issues is how I’ll start something and be unable to see it through - I’m supposed to be cleaning my sneakers right now. Only one of them is fully clean, the other is submerged in dirty water.

I like those apps and tasks but I can't handle them while I work. And i can't focus this on my work life balance. It's to much for my little brain

I’ve been like this off and on < more on the off… for the past 2 years!!!! Never in my life have I been this bad. I can down load all the apps and buy all the planners … opening them tho that’s another story.

I LOVED the education on Numo, I'm so grateful for it, but I absolutely cannot pay $19/month for it....I thought it was a freaking typo.

Sometimes breaking it down helps, sometimes it stresses me out even more since it's so MUCH
