Spaghetti alla carbonara is so easy to make people, just don't add any cream! Spaghetti carbonara originated (so I hear) when roman soldiers would cook a dish made from eggs, pasta, pancetta and cheese over the open fire in the well of their shields. Made this carbonara with my Sister when she visited with her boys (aged 13 & 10). It was easy and quick. Like some of the other comments, we also used bacon instead of pancetta.
The proof was in the in the we all enjoyed every mouthful.
DELICIOUS. Will definitely making this again.

Good vid, would focus on making it shorter, trying to list the step right off the bat at the beginning of every scene, and maybe add text as an addition to what your saying
