As a Filipino born in Italy, i love filipino spaghetti and pineapple on pizza. I think there's nothing wrong about it, the important thing in my opinion is to be specific with the name lol like Filipino style spaghetti, Filipino style pizza etc... Because i think what Italians are bothered about is when they see Carbonara and then the rrcipe uses cream... It's normal to adapt a recipe based on the ingredients we find and on the taste of the locals.
