Stopped training till failure. Doing five sets of five reps instead. Especially if you do squats I’d rather not train till failure.

Is there any value to stretching a cycle over a longer time period? E.g. turn a 4 week program into an 8 week program by doing w1 back to back and same for other weeks

I think im too weak for this. If your bench is 205 this is suggesting that you should only bench 155x3 which is basically a warm up. Im sure it works better for higher weights like 315 bench would be 240x3
