I met this girl who was maybe 80lbs and 5'0 tall. She deadlifted 2 plates. I approached her and asked if that was her max. She said yes. I said no way because her form was spectacular and it up like nothing. I said she could do 3 plates and she refused to believe me. I gave her some motivation and she actually fucking pulled it off! Now that was impressive.

I knew a girl in High School that could easily squat 225 pounds as her working sets. When she asked me if this was any good, I just laughed and responded "oh yeah". She ended up being an Olympic athlete winning gold.

My wife has that type of strength too. She's built like a twig but pumps those 300s with better technique than I do. Hope our children inherit those fibers.
