I like the cue you gave about using the triceps... by squeezing the tricep it helped me keep my arm straight.... I have struggled with unlearning to pull with my arms and break elbows early

2:43 I have a hard time not getting my elbows in. Not sure if it’s because my arms are long or if the weight is forcing me to shrug the weight up like a jumping high pull

I don't have this lift down at all, seems simple but it's complicated! I don't have a barbell right now, been practicing with a broomstick. When I had a bar, my feet would always go way wide when I rack it. Also I never figured out how to rack it on the delts, it was always resting on my upper chest. Is this a flexibility issue?

Mark is as adamant about not bending your elbows, as he is not curling in the squat rack.

I can’t get the bar to rest on my anterior delts in the rack position, no matter my grip width the barbell is entirely on my middle three fingers. Am I doing something wrong, or is my anatomy just a poor fit for the rack position?

Hate to contradict the Great ripp, I’m finding these videos extremely useful. But I’ve read and see a fair few Olympic weightlifters stress the triceps remain relaxed. Arms straight etc etc but triceps relaxed. ? Any one else heard these cues

One thing, upon racking the bar, the bar shouldn't slam on the top; meet the bar.
