Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Guys I’ve been doing this for 2 months now and it really works!! I’m doing “do this before booty workouts” before this and “hip dips (the one with lilly’s blue outfit)” after this. I’m really seeing the results!!

I just wanna say that I did this yesterday and my booty’s sore. Will definitely do this for 7 days and await the results😼
Day 2 and my butt is burning a lot more than yesterday. I feel like I took less breaks. Excited for day 3!
Day 3: Feels pretty good!! I love the burn
Day 4: I had no motivation to do anything but I still did this bc I want to learn to be consistent. I feel like my booty looks a little more perky. Idk I might be hallucinating
Day 5: Done! It seems to go by faster now. Since I'm only doing this video once a day, I'll try to do it twice tmr. (For some reason updating this keeps me motivated even though i know no one will see this)

Edit: I had lost this comment awhile ago so I made another one with day 6 and 7. This was the comment:

“I commented my progress before but yt somehow deleted my comment but I’ve done this for 6 days and i feel my booty is definitely perkier. It’s day 7 and i will be doing this thrice bc I skipped one day!”

Omg just finished this workout and my butt is on fire🔥! I can totally feel the burn with this one. When Lilly said “Now let’s even you out” to do the exercises on the other side, I was like “I’m fine with being uneven” 😆 but I did the exercises anyways and it was so worth it. Coming from the 21 days get fit challenge from Chloe ting, I thought it was boring. Today was legs and glutes day but I’ve strained my legs so I’m giving them a bit of rest. I came on to this workout and man.... my glutes have never hurt that much before !!! Thank you so much Lilly! X
