The beef mince and egg breakfast burrito meal prep has been a major tool for me in losing a stack of weight this year. Been a bit over 5 months since i started, down 29kgs. Its a breakfast burrito then nothing till dinner. Dinner is just meat and cauliflower for the most part (i recommend a slow cooked chuck steak cottage pie with cauliflower mash instead of potato). My advice is to get used to eating boring and repetitive food. Although i must say, mince, eggs, cheese, onions and some salsa in a burrito for breakfast hasnt gotten old yet. Always pleasurable to eat
