Farmers markets here in Winnipeg are very expensive compared to the grocery stores.

Where I live Farmers Markets are outragiously expensive unless you think $16.00 for a loaf of bread is cheap. The only time I shop there is when the Senior Center hands out vouchers to use there.
Wasting food has never been acceptable in all my years on the planet. Getting ones prescription meds once every three months means one only pays one co-pay every 90 days instead of one a month. None of these ideas are new. The best way to mitigate inflation and shortages is to be a mindful prepper, and shop WOW deals at Grocery Outlets. Buy almost everything else used, but in excellent condition. That way high petrol prices make little difference, especially if one plans trips wisely.

None of these are surprising at all! I'm already doing these, every one! Except for farmer's market buying--that doubles my costs over a grocery store--or more! You don't know what you're talking about.

Prefer pictures to the moving cartoon, love any tips, but finding those cartoons annoying sorry, i used to work on a local market, and the fruit and vegetables were very pricey compared to supermarket prices
