My guess is: the order of steak consumption in the United States. Texas having the highest consumption of steak and Rhode Island having the least consumption of steak.

2 quick notes-
catfish- ALWAYS remove every bit of red meat from the filets then soak in a salt water with 1-2tbs of vinegar. and never buy pond raised or it will taste dirty. You can smell the stank 4-5miles downwind when they harvest them from the ponds and stir up the water.
-soak any game meat in salt water over night in the fridge then massage it in the solution before cooking. The "game" taste comes from the blood thats left behind in the veins and vessels

Arkansas here. If your catfish tasted "dirty" your catfish source did you a disservice and didn't clean it right or it came from a dirty farm. Fresh, properly cleaned catfish is deliciously fatty and doesn't taste dirty.

I'm from Michigan and while we do love our Detroit style pizza, we NEVER put steak on pizza. The closest thing we ever get to a unique steak dish is a beef pasty.

Riddle answer: The order is based on beef production (Highest to lowest) with Texas producing the most beef, followed by Oklahoma, Missouri, etc.

I am from Nebraska and the big thing I noticed with runzas that it used pastry dough, and we use more a bread dough. That is all because it’s based on a beirock which is an Eastern European .

I'm no American but figured that the preparation order has to be based on the meat production of those states; starting with Texas beef and ending with Rhoad island. I live in Ontario and enjoy watching your videos beneath a shit ton of blankets in a cold nights. Thanks Max
