Every once in a while I come back to watch these trailers to see the full potential of what star wars can be

I have been watching and rewatching these trailers for years. They are in my opinion some of the best Star Wars media ever made. It is a real tragedy that the new trilogy, and so much of Disney Star Wars, is so bad. Imagine what they could have made for us with storytelling as good as the SWTOR trailers and games.

The entire “Old Republic” era is really just what Star Wars was always meant to be. It’s basically if Star Wars was created today, modernized, the “Old Republic” is basically that version of Star Wars.

At its core, Star Wars is the creation and work of George Lucas and the canon and lore of the Skywalker saga is the core story of Star Wars and so in sticking true to Canon, we set this version of Star Wars in the distant past at 10, 000+ years before A New Hope.

2:41 for me, this is some of the best choreo I've ever seen. I mean, you can go frame by frame and find absolutely nothing wrong with it and there SO MUCH GOING ON.

It’s not fair how these random game cinematics are a thousand times better and more Star Wars than anything Disney has put out

What's also to be praised is how well written those cinematics are.
I mean : most of them I discovered without sound (or subtitles) activated.
And it doesn't take anything away from them.
For "Sacrifice", I even think it enhanced how powerful and clear the whole story is.
Story-telling. It's an art. And they freaking get it.
