As much as I love the Clone troopers, the Republic troopers are on a different level they are fighting battalions of Sith warriors and Jace Malcom tanking a granade while going against Darth Malgus is truly epic

That Republic trooper was quite the badass. Not many people force user or not can say they have gone toe to toe with a Sith as strong as Malgus and lived to tell about.

Future armors like those worn by the Stormtroopers are tissue paper compared to Republic Trooper armor. That grenade went off in his armored hand without removing it.

Imagine being a Sith Lord, one of the most powerful beings in the galaxy. A bunch of humans try to fight you, so you show how futile their attempts are by deflecting their weapons without even drawing your saber. You see a republic trooper throw away his gun as he realises the futility.... then you watch him PULL A FUCKING KNIFE AND CHARGE YOU HEAD ON
20 minutes later, you disarm a jedi master and force her to her knees, practically ending the battle AND THE SAME TROOPER YOU HIT WITH ENOUGH FORCE LIGHTNING TO KICKSTART A STAR DESTROYER FUCKING RUGBY TACKLES YOU, CATCHES YOUR PUNCH MID AIR AND THEN BLOWS A DETONATOR IN HIS OWN FACE

I like the part at 1:22 when the trooper judo throw that Sith to the ground. Really badass, I have never seen a regular foot soldier take down a sith. Any one agree with me?
