What I would give for a 120hz iPad mini.... It would be absolute perfection.

The iPad mini lineup has always been the best iPad for doing iPad things from an ergonomic standpoint, and even more so with the redesign. I find that the bigger iPads start feeling heavy after a while of holding them. It’s a good middle ground between my phone and 12.9” iPad that I use for note taking and as a second monitor

If you're struggling to pick one iPad, I can offer a real world perspective on most of them. I have both the 12.9 Pro and the Mini 6. My bf has the Air M1 now but used to have an 11in Pro.

I'm a professional graphic designer / artist / photographer so the 12.9 is legit. No questions asked, if you are a digital creator of some sort, just get the 12.9. Don't even bother with the 11in because you'll want the bigger screen eventually. I don't think it's a laptop replacement. It's a powerful editing/drawing device though. It also acts as a 2nd /3rd monitor with sidecar.

Out of all of the iPads floating around in our household, MINI 6 is BY FAR our favorite. I use it in bed for sketches and playing Wild Rift. It doesn't overheat like my phone does, so I can play on it more comfortably. You can take a shit with it and it's not cumbersome. You can use it as a TV for your cat. It fits in every bag. This is by far the iPad that people will actually USE the most IMO.

iPad Air is definitely for students. It's really a fancy note-taking device. Out of all of the iPads, I think this is the most luxury/unnecessary one. It's too big to use as a gamepad and even though you can draw on it, it's not as powerful in specs and you will notice latency issues with Procreate or iMovie. It's good for students who don't have the money to buy a MacBook Air and are diehard about staying on an Apple ecosystem.

Idk if this helps anyone make a choice, but hopefully it gives you an idea of how you can realistic use each of these.

Literally perfect for reading and browsing manga.
Perfect size to carry around and take notes as well.

I've always had a soft spot for the iPad mini. When I was looking to getting an iPad a few years ago, I was expecting the iPad Pro to become a really good laptop replacement for my use cases which aren't even that intense. But ever since getting the M1 MacBook Air and after iPadOS has failed to make any significant improvements, I'm considering on selling my 2018 iPad Pro and side-grade to the iPad mini 6 because that iPad would fit my needs better.

I totally agree about the iPad mini. I have the five mini with LTE and love it. It’s the perfect size for your hands, it’s not cumbersome and it’s perfect for traveling.

The iPad mini 6 is my first iPad. I love this little thing! I agree It is perfect for media consumption, however, this iPad is the best reading device!!! I am a PhD candidate, I've been looking for a good device to read scientific journals and boy, oh boy....the iPad mini 6 is perfect for that! It is also good for organizing my library of PDF books and papers using the acrobat app! When I need a break from work I use this iPad for streaming my games via the Xbox app! Seriously, this device is perfect!!!

The iPad mini is such a good device. I would say that it is a great companion to the iPhone since this device gets USB-C, Split-View, and Apple Pencil support.

Just upgraded from the Mini 5 to the Mini 6 this week…while my main iPad is the 2020 Pro 12.9 the Mini 6 is a great travel option/backup iPad and is perfect for my Kindle books. New design is great which adds a little more viewing surface. Perfect compact version for books and travel.

Pros - speedy, good looking, touchid, 64gb is fine, files app works good, coolness factor, usb c

Cons - battery is average, sound is 15% quieter than being loud enough

Overall - satisfied with my purchase

I actually returned my sixth gen iPad mini to buy the 11inch iPad Pro and I totally regret it. The iPad Pro wasn’t small enough to read books in bed, and I couldn’t get the bending issues it could possibly have out of my mind while using it. Promotion was great, but not at all needed imo. With Amazon doing sales on the iPad mini now, I’m tempted to go back to the mini. It’s just an awesome device for consuming media

I am not a native of English but your English pronunciation is very clear to me. It is very good for me not only for information but also for studying English. Thanks for your video. I will watch more of your videos.

My wife and I traded in our 4-year-old iPads for the mini 6 when it released. We love it at use it all the time. My wife does face time with our great grandkids for hours at a time every day. I use mine primarily for reading and take it everywhere I go. The price range is just right for this machine. My only complaint is the Apple folio. I have the Apple pencil for mine, my wife does not. Also, my wife has the Apple folio while I have a 3rd party cover. I tried my wife's folio and realized that it does not protect the corners of the iPad. Secondly the pencil can very easily fall/get knocked off the side of iPad with the folio. I purchased a cover that has a slot for the pencil and is fully covered when the top cover is closed for transport. And yes, it does allow the pencil to charge even when fully enclosed by the cover.

I just got an iPad mini this week to be a more convenient reading device than my 12.9” iPad Pro. I love it so much - more than the Pro!

I’ve loved every minute with my mini 6. It’s a perfect fit along side my m1 MacBook Air and iPhone 13pro. It filled a spot in the ecosystem that I really wanted.

I'm not an Apple user, but I own the very first iPad Air from back in 2013.
This new iPad Mini looks like a pretty good upgrade.
