When I put on the boots I didn't expect my screen to go completely black so I checked the item again and read boots of "blinding"

You can achieve a similar effect by drawing an sheathing, your weapon while doing the whirlwind sprint shout, because compared to this skill, those boots are slow.

I suppose you could call this an exploit a glitch or a feature considering Giants originally were never supposed to catapult people into the sky because it was a bug originally.

but because it was hilarious they added it back in. And so now a bug is a primary feature.
