I would like to know if there's a possibility that you could do a segment on using a ceramic loaf pan, because I've never seen anybody use ceramic cookware and basically I'm sure that was used before they started using metal in cookware. I have ceramic loaf pan and I also have ceramic cupcake pans as well. Thank you for the information on bread baking

Can you use this technique when baking gluten free bread or cake to reduce the denseness as well?

Just buy a lid to your pullman pan instead of using a Dutch Oven
