No knead sandwich bread, so soft and delicious!
Ingredients:
150ml warm water
150ml warm milk
60g melted butter
2 tsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
350g flour
1 tsp salt
2Tbsp milk and sesame seeds for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix warm water, milk, sugar , and yeast. Set aside for 1 to 2 minutes .mix flour with salt, then add the milk mixture and melted butter into the flour. Bring together using a spatula .
cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Gently place the dough into a pan with parchment paper using a spatula.
Rest for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Lightly brush with 2 Tbsp milk and sprinkle sesame seeds before baking.
Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 25 -30 minutes or until the top is golden
Apply the melted butter on it when it's still hot to have a soft surface.
Allow to cool before slicing.
