What's going on YouTube? In this tutorial, I show you how you can quickly and easily change the default ruler units that are used in Excel! First you click file, then options, then advanced. Then, you scroll down to you get to the "Display" section where about 4 items from the top there is an option to change the ruler units. I then show you how you can change the units from inches, to centimeters, to millimeters, then back to inches. When I change the units in "Advance Options>Display" from Default Units to Inches, nothing changes, and when I right-click a column header to change the width, it's still set to Default Units??? I go back to the Advance Options>Display" and it says Inches, but it is actually not. Any I've close Excel and re-opened, but it's still set to Inches, but not displaying inches.
