how to change default apps for specific apps. Like my Whatsapp always uses Microsoft 365 to openm pdfs, i hate that. I want it to open my pdf via WPS Office.

Please help me. My wife got my phone and she chose a browser as my default app. But I don't like having a default app for browsing. I like choosing case by case, sometimes I use duck go go as my browser, sometimes chrome. I liked when the system was asking me which one to choose. Now I can only choose which one is default. I don't have an option to NOT HAVE an default app.
