Thank you so much! I so wish we could be friends. It's so hard being surrounded by people that want me to accept the way they live but they treat me with distain for trying to take care of myself and set a good example for my daughters. So much willful blindness to justify poor lifestyle choices and addiction.

Got to be careful with the ACV and lemon juice because of the way it softens the enamel on teeth, which can make them much more susceptible to intrusion by decay causing bacteria and staining.
Using a straw can help, as can an immediate mouth rinse with a little baking soda.

Does ELMT have “natural flavors”?
If so, not sure we can get rid of these toxins in our bodies. I would probably pick the unflavored for that reason!
