What about a 1 inch wide wheel with 13 inch spacers?

20x12 -44 w/ 2" spacers make them a -95. Pushing the inside of the wheel/tire out away from leaf springs/control arms/whatever.
A 20x14 -76 moves the inside lip of the wheel out only .25" and then adds the remaining width to the outside of the wheel. So... depends entirely on what you want/need for fitment. A 20x12 -44 w/ 2" spacer could very well be the correct fitment for some cases. Either way (14 wides or spacers) you'll have to clearance appropriately.

I’ve got a ranger on 10 wides but half ton axles, it’s a first gen, and 1 inch spacers, I got about 9-12 inches of stance on each side lol

well the ones the previous owner decided to have -44 offset on the truck ( totally shot the brake parts and the rims themselves cracked) i buaght rims with 0 offset tires dont rub anymore and i can go full lock on my steering in front so i would say dont put spacers in front you "should" only be putting spacers in back if u run an old obs like i do to work out the stance of the truck

Best offset and with with for daily driving and off roading ? Looking a at ether 20x12 or 20x10 on my obs 7.3 with a 6” lift and I’m plan on doing 37s and I want to be able to do a full turn and am wondering would 10 wides with like a -19 offset be better then 12 wides with a -44

Buying wider wheels to get more poke is silly for people who don't run those dumb kfc buckets for wheels. For people like me who won't ever run a wheel bigger than an 18 the only option to get that last little bit of poke is spacers. -20 offset on a 17x9 on 34.5 has been a sweet setup for me, but they look even better with 2" spacers.
