This entire INTJ playlist is a godsend... it's good to not only understand why we're so unusual but to also embrace it and use this knowledge to become the best version of ourselves.

Interestingly, i related to some more than others. The overthinking/over analyzing was really relatable, but not so much the spontaneous one, because sometimes I do enjoy going with the flow every once in a while.
Probably one of my biggest life struggles is difficulty in communicating my thoughts, feelings, and ideas to others through spoken words. I think all Ni/Ne doms can relate to this. Expressing an idea to someone else, like a scientific theory or some sort of philosophy, always ends up in me being unable to catch up with my thoughts, trying to explain it coherently but spending too much time thinking about word choice, trying to remember what I was actually going to say as my brain leaps around and branches into deeper paths of thought related to the theory, so I end up forgetting and having a momentary brain freeze where I just stop mid-sentence and zone out at something for a few seconds, before continuing in a rush with my words tripping over each other as all I try to organize my own brain. Everything makes complete sense to me in my thoughts, but when I try to explain it, it just comes out wrong and incoherent. Expressing my emotions is a similar endeavor (in fact, it’s one of the exact reasons why I rarely express them and it makes me uncomfortable to talk about them), because my emotions make sense to me in my head (I’m very emotionally mature) but I always fail when trying to put them into words. I bet a lot if INTJs can relate to that struggle, and I think that’s a bigger one for me than most others on this list (overthinking and perfectionism are my other two worst enemies).
I’m assuming the person who replies to the comments is also the person who speaks in the videos, right? I’m curious, what’s your MBTI type? You sound like an ISTJ… I wonder how accurate that is lol
