I do speak from experience. I have been married for 15 years, prior to getting married I was with my husband for 10 years. Looking back, I could say they were red neon flags prior to getting married. I believe now I was the one to bring it up, ask him when multiple times then finally it happened. Observing the 15 years of marriage, I can honestly say that he was not truly ready to be married. It doesn't take 10 years to propose, he never brought up marriage on his own, he never planned for future for us per say. If you get these signs early on throughout the relationship prior to marriage, then your mate does not want to marry you. A man that wants to be with you but not have you waiting because he's anxious to make you his wife. Take heed to my cautionary tale, and move accordingly early.

Excellent information! I've experienced these dynamics myself and also have witnessed it happen to many women. This usually happens when a woman sleeps with a guy too soon. Once I stopped having premarital sex, this dynamic was GONE.
