Just for anyone who wonders why he lost so much weight in a week, this is due to water weight. Overtime this will slow down and fluctuate up and down so don’t be discouraged if you gain weight when you’re staying consistent with your diet

If you do want to lose weight the only thing anyone needs to do is work out your calorie intake and drop the calories. You can eat all the foods you love but you must stay in the calorie range. If you don't count your calorie intake I guarantee you'll be shocked at the amount you do actually eat. You can lose so much weight just by dropping the calorie intake so a bit of motivation for people there

Just some advice don’t weight yourself everyday! Do it once a week around the same time right in the morning. You can increase and decrease by 5 pounds during any day.

Good on you man, also it may seem obvious but anyone trying to lose weight the key is not eating less sugar (however this is good depending on the person)… it is a calorie deficit (eating less calories than you burn)

Love this Randy and ofc I know you’re cutting out anything with added sugar here mainly. Just a reminder however (when it comes to overall health) every one of those carbs (even the veg) will convert to glucose (sugar) when digested. Just some knowledge you should know through out this fitness journey. A huge bowl of veg will still convert to glucose in the body and spike insulin for eg. This isn’t known by many people, that’s why I mention it

Start going on walks man! Start at 4 miles a day or something feasible for you. They can seriously help health & mind so much! Start small & Don’t put so much negative pressure on yourself. Work your way up. You got this Randy!
