Alright quick tip when you're doing incline curls, don’t let your elbows drift forward cuz this causes your forearms to point straight up at the top which creates no tension on the bicep due to gravity. Instead roll your shoulders back and keep your elbows locked in place while dragging the weight up towards your armpit.

Both ways are fine, just slightly different. The biceps also provide shoulder flexion, especially in the fully extended range. Just don't rest at the top.

Bro u do 3 bad reps and half rep showing the right form, I don't wanna see the same reel 4 times trying to see the right one, please

Not fully correct. You want to get full ROM without moving the elbows. But, when you achieve the apex you can pull your elbows up with no negatives and potential positives. Don’t move them to complete the rep, but move them to take it beyond.

what helped me was rolling my shoulders back, contracting the scapula and instead of the arm pointing forward I started doing a curl pointing not forward but to the sides

I don't do incline curls, they are hard and uncomfortable to do and there are better exercises to substitute them with

Not sure if elbows drifting forward on this exercies does cause rotator cutff pain issues but now that I am struggling with the pain it sure does contribute. Max - what do you think of this?
