Mindfulness and meditation are buzz words...it seems like "everyone" is recommending them from elementary schools to corporate businesses. Apps and groups are popping up like crazy. But is it really good for everyone?

No. It actually isn't.

In a nutshell, here is why: because meditation is so effective at clearing out the subconscious and unconscious minds, sometimes, for some people, they may not be prepared for such a powerful experience. And so, it can actually create or trigger trauma.

I strongly, strongly recommend for individuals who have a known history of trauma or PTSD to work closely with a qualified therapist while starting a meditation practice.

And because of my commitment as a meditation teacher to offer the most gentle experiences possible, I have created this supportive package with the option for 1:1 direct supervision as you ease into a meditation practice of your own.
