I meditate almost every day for the last 2 years...over thinking causes anxiety....I used to over analyze situations ...people...things I thought I did that were stupid etc all the time...and realized there is no benefit..and it won't change something that alreay happened....so if I start going down that road I just say Nope in my head and most of the time it works now...

The last idea of focusing on nature instead of ur thoughts teared me up. When I go for walks and the time is up, I realize too late that I have missed focusing on the beauty before me and living in the moment.

I want to learn how to meditate. I think this can really help me with my problems in life. If I can just find my self again and be happy I know I can make everyone around me feel happy also. My kids my partner my family. I don’t have any friends but I have family. If I can just learn this I think I can really move forward in life. The Benifits from this I hear sound so unreal.
