I’ve started to meditate frequently 6 month ago. Since then I experienced many benefits like decrease illness (I used to be sick very often), more focus on my job, less stress, mental organization, etc. I think meditation associate with a healthy diet and a regular practice of exercises are the best way to live in a good way.

Instead of meditating, I've found more success by just being mindful throughout my day. I constantly bring my focus back to the present moment. For example, while sitting in traffic, I focus on the hum of the engine, the cars and drivers around me, and sometimes the little dandelion growing through the crack in the asphalt. While doing dishes, I pay attention to the sound of the water, the smell of the dish soap etc. This withdraws attention from the thinking mind and slowly that voice in the head gets softer.

Been meditating everyday since late april. I noticed that I am alot calmer now, more quiet and I tend to be more emphatetic and listen more than talk more to people. I also noticed that whenever Im studying I can focus more at what I'm doing and meditation has really helped me change my life to be more peaceful.

I’ve been meditating for 7 weeks. I’ve meditated for as little as 10 mins 3x a week as I developed this new habit. The mind strength I developed allowed me to kick nicotine abuse after 10 years and alcohol abuse. Plus, I’m learning a new language and it’s caused my retention to significantly increase increase. 30 yr old male with add, highly recommend mindfulness meditation .

Start Meditating once or twice a day (morning & evening) and you'll soon reap the benefits mentioned in this video. I for one was sceptical a while ago about meditating but decided to give it a try and now I'm feeling on top of the world. I've never been happier and more positive! It really does wonders for your body. Give it a shot, I promise you, you'll thank me for it later on :)

meditation is helping me a lot. I did it daily for just 1 week and I can already see the difference. I thought it would just make me a bit more chill and calm but really it was more than that, I procrastinate so much less than before, I'm able to sleep early, wake up early, more focused, I'm able to handle things that used to annoy me, I got more in control of myself, able to resist some urges, I became more productive, I'm in a good state of mind unlike before too. It really affects the overall mood I'd say we should meditate everyday, not just once in awhile

With meditation, I notice that when people speak to me negativity - I don't feel it as much. It is like my stomach is fully protected & I no longer feel like I'm getting punched in my stomach :)

This is an excellent way of explaining what happens to the mind and body to a meditator.

I've been meditating on a daily basis for 2 years now. My memory has improved, I don't get sick, I am more relaxed and comfortable with all of my environmental situation.

I trust more people will meditate in this world. Spread the message.
