What If Dooku Trained Plo Koon

Dooku was one of the wisest Jedi in the entire order. What If he trained Kel Dor Jedi, Plo Koon? Being that Dooku was unorthodox, would he be able to help Plo Koon become more of a free thinking Jedi? Would he aid Plo in opening himself up to the force in other ways? How would Plo's journey be changed by Dooku?

*Information For Today’s Video:* Kel Dor have a typical lifespan of _65 Standard Years, _ with keenly force attuned members living up to 250 years . There is _no confirmed_ comparison of how long Kel Dor years are to Standard Years. Being that most of my videos run in the Canon timeline, I’m going to go off what we know about Plo Koon at this point.

He has a Kel Dor age of 382 years old _(legends)_ but there is *nothing about him* from before Dooku’s birth (102 BBY) in either *Canon or Legends*. On top of that, Plo’s Master, Wookiee Jedi Tyvokka died in 44 BBY, the same year Plo became a Jedi Knight (Legends). Because there is no sight of Plo in the High Republic & I have a hard time believing he would spend 382 years as a Jedi Padawan, this video will have Plo Koon being born in _92 BBY, _ making him 10 years younger than Dooku.

*Additional Information:* Sifo-Dyas (Canon - born 102 BBY) trained with Lene Kostana and didn’t become a Jedi Knight until 42 BBY (10 years before his death). I used Sifo-Dyas’ life as a measure for Plo’s own life in the current timeline until it is filled out with the actual lore. In this story, I believed having Plo 10 years younger than both Dooku & Sifo-Dyas would be fitting for what this particular story is trying to challenge. *P.S.:* In previous videos, I’ve used Plo’s Kel Dor years as a reference, which is 100% on me. Plo is one of those Jedi who has very little information on him & due to conflicting details on him in Legends (comics) I got that wrong. Additionally, I believe that Plo could be as old as 74 Standard Years (born 92 BBY) or as young as Mace Windu (born 72 BBY). We just don’t know until we get an official source on his birth year.

This is one of those stories you did that I initially didn't have much hope for, but ended up liking a lot. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.

I was going to ask about Anakin, but then I remembered that without an exponentially stronger Plagueis doing his ritual with Palpatine, he wouldnt unbalance the Force enough to make it fight back to create Anakin.

So in this timeline Palpatine would indeed be the chosen one.

The only bit I would add is that if Palpatine is the chosen one, he should learn, like the First Jedi painted on the Ach Too temple learn to perfectly balance the light and dark within himself. That should culminate him becoming the chosen one. Maybe going into fighting Abeloth. Given Cosigna Palpatine was a bastard, Palatine could declare upon attaining balance that he was reborn with his father being The Force, thus fullfilling the "no father and born from The Force" part of the prophecy.

What if Darth Zannah was a Jedi?
Either she refrains from killing the Jedi who originally comes for her, or another Jedi takes her instead soon after, assuming Bane doesn't find her or a twin of some kind exists. She undergoes training until she becomes a Jedi Knight or perhaps even a Jedi Master.

Then, she receives one of two visions. The first vision portrays Anakin or Luke as the chosen one. She believes in the prophecy and enters stasis, intending to train them to confront Palpatine during the Clone Wars or the time of the Empire.

The second vision involves Palpatine himself, maybe as the Emperor. Believing that she is the chosen one due to this, she enters stasis until the Clone Wars, awakened by the Force or some other catalyst. To fight him herself.

To maintain her characterization as the Zannah we know and love, she excels as a master of Form Three and is proficient in Jedi Alchemy or sorcery, perhaps even both. I think the second vision would make for a better story, as training Anakin/Luke videos are already abundant on your channel.

Thank you for everything you do. These What If's are a highlight of my day. I got some interesting What if's that could be fun.

• What If Luke and Leia were switch
- Luke goes to Alderaan and Leia goes to Tatooine.

• What If Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala assassinated Palpatine.
- Anakin could become suspicious of Palpatine and does some detective work and discovers he's a sith so he and Padme kill him in secret.

• What If Rey was Kylo Ren's sister.

• What If Anakin Skywalker was made Battlemaster during the clone wars.
- Cyin Drelic(can't remember how to spell his name) could die and the council votes for Anakin to replace him.

• What if Kylo Ren was Luke Skywalker's son instead of Han and Leia

• What If Count Dooku was made Grandmaster of the Jedi order
- this would happen before his turn but could be interesting.

• What if Anakin Skywalker was sent to Malacore during the clone wars.
- Palpatine could send him their to turn him. Maybe he makes a cross-guard lightsaber.

• What If Anakin Skywalker created the Knights of Ren.

• What If Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi were Half Brothers.
- Shmi could have been married and had Obi-Wan but they separated then Anakin was born as normal. Over the course of the story they discover the truth. Be cute to see Obi-Wan refer to Padme as his sister in law.

• What If Palpatine and Sidious were two separate people.
- Palpatine could be a caring Chancellor who sees Anakin like a grandson. Sidious is someone else trying to manipulate Anakin. I could see Anakin having an "I told you so" moment to the council. Maybe Palpatine retires after everything and helps raise Luke and Leia as a great-grandfather.

• What If Luke and Leia were raised by Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru.

• What If Anakin Skywalker was a Mandalorian Jedi.
- i know you did one with him as a Mandalorian but seeing him as a Mandalorian jedi could be interesting. Maybe he's discovered by the jedi. He could possibly find the Darksaber.

• What if Anakin Skywalker trained Luke Skywalker.
- Maybe Padme and Leia die during childbirth. Anakin could fake Luke being Abandoned at the temple. Anakin would watch over Luke and would take him on as a student. Maybe by the end Luke is in danger and in desperation to save him, he reveals to the Jedi that he's his son. The council would have a field day.

• What If Rey turned to the Dark Side and Kylo Ren turned to the Light Side in The Last Jedi.
- I remember people thinking this might happen and would love to see how you tackle the story.

• What if Revan was Anakin's ancestor.

• What If Dooku was spying on Palpatine/Sidious for thd Jedi.

I like the use of TotJ pics of Dooku. I always say that show has captured closer to realistic in the looks of the characters who started out in Live Action. CW!Dooku has a ridiculously long proportioned face, while TotJ looks more like Sir Lee. I also say the same about Qui-Gon in TotJ, favouring the phraseology of "Walked off the set of Krull to pick up a lightsaber", because _Krull_ is a nostaglic point from my childhood, and Liam Neeson was a minor background character in the band of bandits Colwin (Male Lead) enlists on his quest.

Honestly the age of plo may be a mystey but it sits better on me thinking its actual uears meaning he would be 382. It could be because i think someone as wise as plo would be old or maybe its cuz i really love PLO KOON!!!
