Master Dooku was a Jedi who believed in the Order, but ended up choosing the path of a Sith. What If Dooku Started a New Jedi Order instead? What would be the inspiration for Dooku's decision? Would he leave the Order after Qui Gon's Death or some time earlier? How would he go about leaving, with war or with peace?

Very nice, and you're actually right, everyone should ask Huyang about the past more often, like, most of the information lost during dark periods he probably had it by virtue of having been there. So, on light of that:

What if Yoda or any other of the Council members spoke about how vague force visions were becoming in front of Huyang and he asked them if they have tried using The Oracle located in Pelgrin?

This will be interesting.
But another one that might be more interesting is…What if Dooku took the barash vow. Jedi who took the vow came out more powerful.

1 example was the Jedi master who almost defeated Vader in the comics. He defeated Vader in a duel showing how they his combat form become more powerful.

Edit:
2 example is Master Torbin. He took the vow & meditated for 10 years in which he created an impenetrable literal force field. This show how powerful their force abilities can become

What if Anakin was lost after the battle of Naboo. His ship didn't escape the explosion of the droid control ship, not fully. Debris crippled his ship destroying his engines and damaging life support. He was badly injured, unconscious and adrift in space. Since none of the othe pilots saw him get clear and his transponder went dead, he was presumed dead. Naboo was saved but at great cost.
