My L4, L5 and SI are infected. My nerve compress all the way from buttock to below ankle which is too painful and getting worse each day. Should I go for lumbar discectomy?? The other surgery was not suggested from my doctor as I am only 27.

I have excruciating pain from my T8-T9 spinal disc. I can't get anyone to do a fusion on me. I am told that no one is trained in this area. My question is can the sensory nerve that senses the pain from this disc be cut off to stop the pain from this disc ? What type of doctor would do this ?
