5 AMH killers you need to STOP now to IMPROVE EGG Reserve

You know this by now? When it comes to fertility, your egg quality and AMH levels are something you really need to care about. That’s why you always ask me what you SHOULD be doing to improve it…However, there’s no use taking all of the right steps to support your egg quality, if you’re still doing things that will negatively impact it. That’s what I want to talk to you about today in my new episode of Fertility TV.

In this week’s video, I’m sharing a few easy things you need STOP doing today (that you might not even be aware of)…because they are not helping you with your egg quality. And it’s not going to be the basic stuff, like: quit smoking, drink more water and sleep more. I know you already know this stuff by now.

So if you’re trying to improve your egg quality to help you get pregnant, you’re not going to want to miss this week’s episode.

I was 37 when I was diagnosed with AMH of 0.2, I’d been having irregular periods, I only have 1 Fallopian tube and I had had 3 miscarriages, 2 ectopics in the 2 previous years. We gave up trying. I then got pregnant naturally 5 months post low AMH diagnosis and I now have a 4 week old baby. S£x every 2/3 days was the only thing we did.

I know someone who at 48 raised her AMH from 0.65 to 1.22 with DHEA (75mg/day), Q10 Ubiquionol (900 mg/day) and Myo-Inosistol, vitaminD3, Magnesium, etc. Still no pregnancy so far but that will give you hope. Good pregnancy vibes and tonnes of love for. you all out there dreaming with pregnancy🥰🌼🌟💓💝💖

3- stop adding things to your to do list, eliminate more

I switched to a menstrual cup, and it’s been amazing as well as leveraging the period panties as well. These are game changers ladies with heavy periods.

Im extatic about this so a thumbs up. Im 48 and had no period for 11 months. After making healthy green smoothies and changes to my diet..I was already eating healthy but not enough..Miracle I got a period ..a proper 6 day one..and then another one on time. I was overjoyed. Id like to test my amh. Thank you for these very thorough real points I was not aware of. Lia

I am a subscriber from Hungary, and desperate to have a baby, . We have been trying for over a year without success. I am turning 42 this year, my amh is 0.96 ng/mL and FSH is 9.62 mUI/mL. I ve been to several doctors and basically they all told me that i am healthy, all hormon levels are fine but due to my age i am not getting pregnant and my only hope is IVF. I have been following ur channel for a while and been doing diet taking vitamins etc. We had a failed IVF a month ago. Only 1 mature egg was retrieved and stopped developing on day 5. My doctor recommended another try within 3 months.
I am disappointed to see that the general practice if u r over 35 straight away IVF, and the only hormon they are interested in is AMH. I had consulted with doctors in Hungary, Spain, Slovakia but unfortunately ve not been able to find a doctor like You
They think that once u r over 35 and AMH is low u can do whatever you want u can not change the fact that ur time is up to become pregnant naturally. Your videos are the only ones what keep me going and they give me hope. ❤❤️

I’m 45 with a 4 year old and just found out today that my AMH is only .020. Feeling very saddened and disappointed by this, as I truly wanted to have 1 more angel. My hope was to be pregnant by the end of the summer. Now I feel that all hope is lost.

I'm 42 and apparently my AMH is -.16. I am overweight and it's been a 6 year battle. Let me just say, the doctor I was referred to from the VA is going to test me again next month, just to double check.
At work it's rough to not stress. I try to do all my rest as soon as I get home or on the weekend.
I do have a filtration system in my home.
I usually use pads or a diva cup for my period. I just purchased a flex cup because it can hold 12 hours of blood instead of 8.

I’m 45 AMH is 1.69 FSH is 3.9 and I stick to a carnivore diet the last 4 years take D3 but no other supplements. I do vape daily. My to do list after my move is long. I have regular periods and ovulate on schedule. I have a reverse osmosis system for my drinking water and gave up plastic several years ago. I actually got rid of all the plastic in my house two years ago.

Anyone have options for buying water that’s not in plastic (or aluminum)?

I need you to please make a detailed video about Intermittent fasting and fertility for women in mid thirties, with low AMH, wanting ovarian rejuvenation. There is tons of contradictory info and am not quite sure what is right anymore.

I'm 33 and my AMH was .94ng :( I tried DHEA supplements 25mg and my dhea-s skyrocketed to 537 so I had to stop. I am taking 10, 000 IU of vitamin d though hopefully that will help
