This is quite discouraging actually. And you don't even mention the chances for women aged 30 or lower. I am 28 and my AMH level is currently 0.2. It has decreased rapidly from 0.8 to 0.2 in a year. Also doing IVF for almost a year now, with 4 failed embryo transfers. I hope it will be successful so much.

I am 42, and my Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) 1.12 ng/mL. My antral follicle count was 12 at my baseline scan. I am going through IVF now.. We are doing an egg retrieval this round and next month we are doing a full IVF cycle. Fertilizing eggs from August along with the ones in September. I am hoping for success. Good luck everyone.

Hi Doctor. My AMH at 40 years and 9 months was 1.95. My first frozen embryo transfer failed (2 embryos). We have one embryo left, but instead of transfering it, we'd rather do a second cycle to hopefully get more embryos and have 2 transfered. Now I'm 41 and 4 months. Please let us know your thoughts. Your videos and professional advise have been so important in our process. Thanks!

I'm wondering; does AMH necessarily go down rapidly after 41 or does it depend on other factors like lifestyle? I'm 42. 1 year ago when I was 41, I had my AMH tested. It was 2, 4. I had one ivf cycle 1 month ago. 10 eggs, 6 embryos, but only 3 embryos were viable. 2 transferred fresh but didn't survive. 1 embryo turned into what they told me is a beautiful blastocyst and is now in cryostorage. I don't have a partner so this is the reason for ivf. I'm using donor sperm. My 2 transferred embryos died. I wonder if my lifestyle can improve or negatively impact my AMH. I'm hoping to afford another ivf this year.

I am 36 and my AMH is 6.32ng/dl. I have 2 healthy children 9 and almost 5. I have had atleast 10 biochemical pregnancies and 2 PUL with the last treated with methotrexate. They could never find the embryos. My tubes are clear as I had an HSG in April and uterus is normal anteverted. All my labs are normal. I just want one more baby.

My AMH is excellent for my age but my eggs are poor quality. Quantity does not equal quality! You can have lots of useless eggs!

I've only ever heard doctors say AMH is only egg quantity and is not to do with quality at all.

So much information. I think I have binged most of your videos. Thank you so much for your time.
I'm 31 years old
My AMH-
April 2022 was 31.0
September 2022 was 15.8
Is there a reason it has went down so low, so soon. Should I be concerned.

Thank you

Mine is 0.08. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Or even freezing my eggs?

I’m 37 with 5.3 AMH and have an endometrioma. 12 eggs retrieved n Out of my 7 embryos 0 got to say 5. Doc said my endo is affecting my egg quality because sperm is great. What you think doctor?

How much success can a 40 year old have for a live birth at AMH of 2.42 after one spontaneous miscarriage (natural conception)? BMI is normal, would like to conceive naturally.
