I lost 9 kg's in 3 months by intermittent fasting I was 72kg and now I am 63kg

I think these all are valid reason. Sometime I realized in the weekend I ate more calories compare to weekdays. Is this also a one of the mistake to not to loose weight?

I'm 16 and I'm in 11th(height 5'4)
Till now I had lost approx 27(81 to 53) kgs
And all the credits goes to you...I was not having any idea realeted to weight los .but today every thing has been changed..
People, my family members are wondering how can a boy can lose such a heavy amount of weight without any medine in huts 7 months...
Today I can wear all those outfits which I had wanted to wear...
Even I had attended my uncle's wedding 💒 .in which I had wore suit...and literally all the girls were seeing me with a peak eyes 👀😁
And them I flet that I have achieved what I wanted....and aisa nhi hai ki mai ab samosa nhi khta...momo nhi khta...but yek proper cheat meal jaroor rakhta hun....
Mtlb itna khusi mili hai mujhe ...
Also during 10th boards meko depression ho gya tha...I was taking homeopathy medicine ..aur body shaming k karan I never go for running or kavi ghar se bhar niklta tak nhi tha...
Being a boy..agar agar chest mai fat stire ho jane se mujhe kitne logon ne bully kiya...
22nd Oct mai aone b'day k liye dukan gya tha mujhe waha mere size ka yek bhi kapda nhi mila... literally yek bhi nhi(Xxl) I was in a melancholic state....aur raat mai jab meine cake cut kia uske baad mere didi ne meri video record kra tha..use meine raat bhar dekha...and that time I felt ki yaar kya ye main hun?
Itna bada sarir...
Oh god..
Mai ander hee ander paresahn ho gya..mujhe kuch samjh nhi aa rha tha ki kaise kare kya kre...
Suru Mai meine koi diet suru nhi kra tha..bas jo saamne log bolte thai wahi kra...and dheere dheere YouTube ne mujhe inka channel suggest kiya....
Bhuat saari galti kiye thai hum diet krne mai...magar dheere dheere...sab samjh aate saal Nov mai chatth puja mai mai Nani k ghar gya..tab tak I guess mera 4kg lose ho gya tha...lekin jab Nani k ghar se wapas aaye aur jaise hee gadi se utre aur weight measure karne chale gye...and dekhe ki ye kya?
Mera aur 3 kg badh gya hai...
Hum bhuat bhuat roye..aur soche ki..yaar lagta hai kuch nhi ho sakta mera

Mera body isi tarah se...
Agle subha fresh ho kar fir gye hum aona weight napne..fir dekhe ki weight mera normal tha...baad mai pata chala ki jab pichle baar weight nape thai tab wo motion weight tha (kyunki hum direct gadi se Uttar kar naone gye thai)

Uss wakt soche..ki thik hai yaar nhi hoga mera weight kam to na hee ho...
Magar I'll eat clean...
I stated doing yoga for 2 hrs daily...
Fir kuch month k baad mera weight Shi mai loose hone laga...aur aaj bilcul fit hun...log hairan ho gye hai mujhe dekh kar...



Now I look very 1/Cos C....
Hehehe(maths Student hun na😁)


Yaar gunjan dii .life time aapko yaad rakhenge..ki aapke karan hee sab kuch hua hai....

I lost around 13 kgs in a month but after that i got sick for the next 3 month straight coz i over exaggerated my body so losing weight slower is a really good approach!

Can u please share diet plan for hormonal imbalance I always watch ur videos its quite informative u always detail each n everything very nicely I lose weight by following the diet plan but it always got stuck after that and start bounce back even after following the same diet plan I don't know what is the issue may be my hormonal problem am very depressed due to this even after so many efforts am not getting results I do 8k - 10k steps daily

Hai gunjan, iam doing lower body workout ( obviously yours😊).In this you have suggested to do weight training but cannot afford to go to gym .plz make a video on weight training using home equipments.Thank you.Hoping you consider this.😊😊😍

I will have raw vegetables in the morning, roti subji in afternoon and fruits at night, but not loosing weight even half kg

Hello Gunjan, I really am a big fan of your vdos. As per your advice, , whenever I take early dinner I feel hungry around 10.30 pm. Can you pls suggest what can I have around that time so that my diet plan doesn't go haywire.
