Our breakup happened about a month ago. I've been doing no contact/limited contact for 2-3 weeks. We've had to communicate about me getting the rest of my stuff from her house.

After the breakup, I had to move to a very remote area, living off grid, in a broken down RV on a friend's property. From day one, she's said she wants to be friends, that I'm important to her, etc. Also, she's texting every couple of days, usually random stuff, and then asks how I'm doing "up in BFE". A close friend of hers, who also lived remotely, was murdered a month or so before the breakup.

Do you think she's breadcrumbing, just checking on me as a person she would hate to see dead, or??? I'm so confused right now.
