I think people who does plantbased once a week will loose their motivation and direction as blood work is unlikely to show significant differences. Plantbased is not a fad diet. It’s a lifestyle and it requires a change in attitude towards nutrition and health which needs to become a priority and habit.

As I study nutrition and biochemistry academically I can easily say that we don't need more studies to prove what we already know in this field. It's actually pretty simple, when you source your protein from animal based products you are exposing yourself to more sulfur based amino acids among other things, and when you hyperdose sulfur and phosphorus it can prove to be quite troublesome in the long run. That is essentially why plant based sources of protein are better. There are many other reasons why everyone that can should make the switch but I would say that is the main reason healthwise. You don't necessarily have to go 100% vegan right off the bat but like she said even doing so 1-3 days a week can have beautiful effects on your body and mind.
